What You'll Do
Oversee order tracking and inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and timely fulfillment. Review incoming invoices and coordinate payments to maintain financial accuracy and timeliness. Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation across all assigned functions. Deliver consistent, high-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Must be a native English speaker
- Demonstrated organizational ability and clear communication skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Experience using management or accounting software platforms
- Familiarity with Sage Management software is required
