Role Overview
This position is for a skilled professional responsible for managing core operational and inventory functions. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows, maintaining accurate financial documentation, and enhancing existing procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming and outgoing orders and maintain up-to-date inventory records
- Review and verify invoices, coordinating timely payments
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend practical improvements
- Ensure all administrative and financial documentation is accurate and complete
- Deliver consistent, high-level support across administrative functions
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker, with clear written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Hands-on experience with accounting or management software platforms
- Required proficiency in Sage Management software
Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite position with standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The role follows a structured weekly schedule with reliable weekly compensation.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is set at RD$23,760 per week, paid on a weekly basis. The hiring process is streamlined to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
