Xsolla is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join the HR People Operations team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing internal operations projects from initiation through delivery with increasing ownership and independence.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute internal operations projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Exercise sound judgment in project decisions
- Support teams in delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Drive operational excellence across HR People Operations
