Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager with a solid background in Management of Change (MoC) to lead strategic transformation efforts across internal departments and external partner networks. In this role, you will guide organizations through transitions by developing actionable plans, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring lasting adoption of new workflows and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute change strategies that support business goals and align with partner expectations.
- Develop training content and learning experiences to help teams adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Build and manage communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed and involved from start to finish.
- Anticipate upcoming organizational changes, assess potential impacts, and create structured approaches to reduce disruption.
- Work closely with teams across functions and geographies to identify inefficiencies and co-develop solutions.
- Monitor key indicators such as readiness, adoption rates, and performance outcomes to guide iterative improvements.
- Lead interactive sessions and workshops to align stakeholders and promote shared responsibility for change outcomes.
- Ensure all change activities follow internal governance policies and recognized best practices.
What You Bring
- Proven track record managing projects and change initiatives in complex or large organizations.
- Familiarity with established change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s methodology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, present, and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Experience creating and delivering training for varied audiences across different functions.
- Success working in collaborative, global environments involving internal and external partners.
- A proactive mindset, sharp attention to detail, and comfort operating in evolving, fast-paced settings.
Preferred Background
Experience with enterprise-level platforms and governance models is highly valued and will support your effectiveness in this role.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Bucharest, requiring 2 days per week in the office with flexibility for remote work on the remaining days.
