What You'll Do
Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives that align with strategic goals and partner needs. Develop comprehensive strategies to guide teams through transitions, ensuring minimal disruption and strong buy-in.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to different audiences, helping teams understand and adopt new tools and workflows. Build clear, consistent communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged from start to finish.
Assess upcoming changes, identify potential risks, and create structured approaches to manage transitions effectively. Work closely with internal and partner teams to gather insights, uncover inefficiencies, and define actionable improvements.
Track key indicators like readiness, adoption rates, and impact to measure success and guide future enhancements. Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders and foster ownership of change efforts.
Ensure all activities follow internal governance policies and industry best practices, maintaining accountability and consistency across projects.
Requirements
- Proven track record in project and change management within complex or large organizations
- Familiarity with established change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s model
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and present ideas effectively
- Experience creating and delivering training or enablement content for diverse groups
- Background working across departments, global teams, and external partners
- Proactive mindset with sharp attention to detail and adaptability in fast-moving settings
