About the Role

This role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, translating them into technical configurations, and guiding CRM implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and objectives
  • Translate customer requirements into effective CRM system designs
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet client specifications
  • Lead technical aspects of CRM solution deployments
  • Support integration of CRM with other enterprise systems
  • Provide expertise during testing and quality assurance phases
  • Document system configurations and solution approaches
  • Assist in defining workflows and automation rules
  • Troubleshoot issues during implementation and post-deployment
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams
  • Participate in project planning and timeline estimation
  • Work alongside developers and business analysts
  • Ensure solutions comply with best practices and platform standards
  • Conduct system demonstrations and walkthroughs
  • Gather feedback and refine solutions accordingly
  • Maintain awareness of new platform features and updates
  • Support data migration activities
  • Assist in defining user roles and access controls
  • Contribute to proposal and statement of work development
  • Engage in discovery workshops with stakeholders
  • Promote adoption of CRM capabilities across departments
  • Evaluate performance and scalability of deployed solutions
  • Support change management processes
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between technical design and business outcomes
