As a member of the Solutions Consulting team, you will provide skilled technical expertise supporting customers through product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. The role involves participating in customer acquisition and retention by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to communicate the platform's power, flexibility, and ease-of-use. What you get to do in this role: The Solution Consultant is a hands-on technical professional who delivers and positions solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for an assigned territory. Responsibilities: - Support Digital Sales teams in customer needs qualification through discovery - Participate across sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers - Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners - Demonstrate product capabilities, both standard and tailored - Generate product demo scripts and scenarios - Maintain demonstration environments - Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements - Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents - Stay current on product developments/releases - Support Marketing events - Stay current on competitive analyses - Understand business and technical product implications - Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services - Act as subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events Qualifications: Required capabilities: - Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making - 2+ years pre-sales solution consulting in customer service/CRM software - Proficiency with cloud software platforms - Ability to actively listen and provide customer-focused solutions - Eagerness to learn - Proactive approach to task management - Strong prioritization and efficiency skills - Commitment to maintaining integrity and detail-orientation - Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities Additional Information: Work Personas approach distributed work with flexibility and trust.
