Role Description: This Solution Architect is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing operational technology solutions based on industry leading practices. The role demands laser-focused problem-solving, supporting sales cycles, engaging directly with customers and partners, and advocating for customer needs across internal teams. The professional will bring architectural guidance, technological business acumen, deep product expertise, innovation, and substantial knowledge capital to customers and partners.
