What You'll Do
Take ownership of end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across large-scale implementations, shaping technical direction and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define scalable, future-ready designs grounded in platform best practices.
Lead the definition of architectural roadmaps, solution frameworks, and integration strategies, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability. Facilitate decision-making across development teams and provide guidance on complex system interactions, data modeling, and automation workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- At least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role
- Proven track record delivering solutions using APO, CSM, ITSM, CMDB, and MDM
- Experience with IRM and GRC modules, particularly in risk and compliance domains
- Solid understanding of master data management principles and enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to define and communicate technical architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international teams
