Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead the technical direction and architectural integrity of the ServiceNow platform across both internal enterprise systems and external customer-facing instances. Your work will ensure alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow deployments, spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, and custom-built applications.
- Own and evolve the CMDB strategy, including data modeling, service mapping, and integration frameworks to maintain high data accuracy and compliance.
- Lead DevOps initiatives, establishing robust CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment practices across development teams.
- Guide the evaluation and integration of new requirements, ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and security policies.
- Provide technical oversight for platform upgrades, patching, health monitoring, and performance optimization across all instances.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices for internal and vendor teams.
- Collaborate with IT, security, business units, and platform operations to deliver automated workflows and seamless system integrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex business needs into resilient, future-ready technical solutions.
- Support onboarding of new teams, applications, and external partners using reusable, scalable design frameworks.
- Build internal capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and disciplined documentation practices.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree and bring proven experience in ServiceNow application development and platform administration. Deep familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem is essential.
