The Solution Sales Executive will drive market success for ServiceNow's CRM & Industry Workflows products, built on our leading Service Management platform to create a unified information source enabling enterprise processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop territory strategy to enhance vertical agreements and account targeting - Provide strategic input during account planning processes - Align recommendations with organizational value principles - Support customers' digital transformation vision - Collaborate with technical teams on capability roadmaps - Coach sales teams on specialized solution opportunities - Customize responsibility allocation based on team needs - Champion diversity and inclusive workplace environments Ideal Candidate Requirements: - Demonstrated experience integrating AI into workflow processes - 7+ years expertise in solution investment returns - Background in solution sales, preferably in Customer Service Management/CRM - Understanding of CRM/CX business process dynamics - Thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments - Strong communication skills across diverse audiences - Ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders - Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English - Comfortable with regional travel Work Environment: ServiceNow offers flexible work personas, emphasizing trust and adaptability.
