Responsibilities
- Create robust, reusable software components designed for scalability and long-term maintainability with a focus on system reliability.
- Partner with product management to convert business needs into technical designs and lead end-to-end feature development.
- Develop adaptable and user-friendly interfaces using current front-end technologies to support diverse customer requirements.
- Help shape and deliver new product features while advancing the capabilities of existing platforms.
- Implement automated testing practices within development pipelines to uphold high-quality release standards.
- Engage in technical reviews to ensure code quality, performance efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
- Design and execute thorough testing strategies that cover functionality, regression, integration, and system performance.
- Encourage ongoing technical growth by promoting knowledge exchange and proven engineering methodologies.
- Advocate for high standards in software craftsmanship, quality assurance, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
