As Partner Manager for the Telco Industry, you'll support our transformational vision: 'Partner Success' equals 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for partners.
The role involves leading Co-sell/Co-delivery, Resell, and "Sourced" NNACV in a focused regional territory. You'll generate new business in logo accounts, ensuring partners deliver successful projects within your region. Collaboration with Field Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, and Customer Outcome teams will be crucial for pipeline growth.
You'll develop joint go-to-market Territory plans featuring service and workflow offerings. Strategies will showcase "Sourced and Partner Impacted" NNACV, highlight wins and capacity metrics, and align with regional Marketing plans. Success measurement focuses on quarterly and annual sales quota achievements. This is a German-based position.
Responsibilities:
- Produce new business with partners
- Ensure partner project success
- Support joint sales pursuit activities
- Accelerate account growth through strategic plans
- Ensure Alliance operational consistency
- Develop partner capacity plans
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on demand generation
- Implement Value Selling principles
Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in partner management/consulting in Telco Industry
- Proven business development track record
- Multi-market organizational experience
- Strong sales ecosystem collaboration skills
- Trusted advisor capabilities
- Fluent English and German preferred
