The Team: The CRM and Industry Workflows business unit develops solutions enabling government organizations to provide seamless customer experiences and drive exceptional satisfaction. We construct AI-native solutions for public sector customers, leveraging Customer Service Management and Field Service Management foundations. These solutions deliver comprehensive customer engagement while unifying workflows across governmental front, middle, and back-office mission teams. The Role: Governments worldwide are revolutionizing public service delivery. We envision the next transformation as Autonomous, Human Government—public services operating intelligently with human oversight. As Director of Inbound Product Management, you'll pioneer a groundbreaking category for government AI on the ServiceNow platform. You'll define AI-native government workflows, articulate their significance, and guide agencies toward safe, assured adoption.
