Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements
- Configure workflows, forms, and automation tools within the platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical specifications
- Support system integration with external data sources and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues promptly
- Maintain documentation for configurations and system changes
- Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning
- Conduct testing and validation of new features and updates
- Ensure compliance with federal security and access protocols
- Apply ITIL best practices to service management processes
- Optimize platform performance and user experience
- Assist in data migration and system upgrades
- Implement role-based access controls and security policies
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Provide technical guidance during deployment phases
