As a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade platforms, ensuring alignment with federal compliance standards and modern IT practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, drive innovation through automation, and provide thought leadership during presales engagements. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to support mission-critical IT modernization initiatives and deliver measurable value across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead presales efforts by designing tailored technical solutions for client needs
- Develop and maintain in-house lab environments for demonstrations and testing
- Provide technical support and solution design for federal government contracts
- Deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions in fast-moving Agile settings
- Create automated workflows and modernized processes using the ServiceNow platform
- Contribute to business development through customer demonstrations and proposal submissions
- Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and IT modernization, shaping technical content for proposals
Requirements
- Valid certification as a ServiceNow Technical Architect
- Proven ability to develop and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated experience delivering full lifecycle technical solutions
