iTech AG is hiring a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect to harness the full potential of the ServiceNow platform to drive IT modernization and business growth. This strategic role encompasses solution development, delivery leadership, and innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and demos for business development, capture, and proposal lifecycles.
- Actively engage with and contribute to the ServiceNow community through forums, events, and thought leadership.
- Work with senior leaders to develop a strategic plan to strengthen the company's position as a ServiceNow Elite Partner.
- Lead an innovation lab focusing on exploring cutting-edge technologies within ServiceNow, including AI, IoT, and blockchain.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in advising on the strategic use of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow to create compelling proposal content.
- Mentor senior technical staff, sharing expertise in ServiceNow development and best practices.
- Work with Marketing to produce videos that showcase ServiceNow success stories, capabilities, and innovations.
- Take ownership of iTech AG’s ServiceNow instances and evaluate and integrate new modules and features.
- Remain at the forefront of ServiceNow trends, best practices, and new features.
- Travel 25% for proposal, capture, and business development activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Demonstrated experience in leading IT modernization.
- A strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
- ITIL certification and best practices experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) credential.
- U.S. Citizenship (pursuant to government contracts).
