Latitude IT Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to serve as the technical leader in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Human Resources workflows for federal clients. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, leading development teams, and ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the lead ServiceNow Architect, providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect and deliver scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
What We're Looking For
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources (HR) certification.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.
Nice to Have
- Advanced certifications in ServiceNow, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or additional CIS certifications.
- Experience with federal government clients or public sector environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
