What you get to do in this role: The Strategy & Product Catalyst Center of Excellence will partner with Platform and Product Business Unit organizations to deliver a transformational AI-first implementation and adoption experience. As an AI-Native AI Architect, you will work with product and implementation experts to design, productize, and pilot agentic & generative AI-first setup experiences, reducing implementation timelines. You'll drive early pilots across core product families, collaborate with strategic partners and early adopters, and dramatically compress software delivery lifecycles to accelerate product adoption and improve deployment efficiency. Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance to early adopter customers on utilizing AI-first implementation to reduce time-to-first-use - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, productize, and pilot AI-first implementation capabilities - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging GenAI and Agent technologies - Contribute to thought leadership documentation - Design, build, validate, and deploy delivery-specific agents - Co-drive pilots with early adopter customers Qualifications: To be successful, you must have: - 5+ years of solution architecture experience across AI platforms - Experience developing AI use cases from prototyping to production - ServiceNow certifications preferred - 5+ years in technology advisory roles focusing on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science - Proven track record of driving business growth - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Agile methodology familiarity - Strong industry connections - Customer-focused mindset - Ability to travel up to 50% annually Compensation range: $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity, variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
