About the Role

Guide clients through the implementation of security operations platforms by delivering strategic advice, technical expertise, and change management support to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements focused on security operations process design and system configuration
  • Assess current security workflows and recommend improvements using platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solution design with client requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional system configurations
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for incident response and threat management
  • Support data migration and integration activities within security platforms
  • Conduct workshops and gather stakeholder input to shape project direction
  • Develop documentation for solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans
  • Assist in testing solutions to ensure alignment with security policies and standards
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and objectives
  • Advocate for user-centered design in security operations tools and workflows
  • Work with security analysts to understand operational challenges and pain points
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements
  • Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide resolution paths

  • Contribute to reusable assets and consulting methodologies
  • Participate in pre-sales activities with demonstrations and solution scoping
