ServiceNow is hiring a ServiceNow Advisory Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of advanced business solutions and support digital transformation initiatives for clients
  • Engage with clients and potential customers to assess business challenges and promote the benefits of building solutions on the Now Platform
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to evaluate client requirements and uncover opportunities for impactful business results
  • Design and build novel applications in partnership with multidisciplinary consulting teams during pre-sales phases
  • Independently or as a lead architect, create and refine application prototypes on the platform, working alongside UI designers and developers
  • Showcase the process of building and customizing applications on the platform to clients and prospects
  • Lead technical and architectural workshops, including training and enablement sessions
  • Support the development and upkeep of a shared library of platform-based applications
  • Provide expert advice and answers to consulting teams on application development and customization
  • Represent thought leadership within the broader community on extending platform capabilities
  • Support initiatives that empower consultants to demonstrate the advantages of platform-based development
  • Define and deliver proof-of-concept applications and prototypes for potential clients
  • Serve as a technical authority during executive meetings, workshops, and promotional events
  • Record and communicate technical designs that align with client business objectives
  • Lead collaborative innovation sessions focused on idea generation, co-development, and validation using the Now Platform
  • Mentor peers and colleagues in solution consulting and related functions
  • Help build and sustain internal knowledge-sharing platforms and innovation resources
  • Engage externally as a recognized expert on creative uses of the platform and its product suite
  • Deliver presentations during executive briefings and marketing engagements
  • Collaborate with Product Management on upcoming product releases and relay insights from customer interactions
  • Stay informed on platform updates, emerging technologies, and market trends to expand platform adoption beyond traditional use cases
