About the Role
As a Field Technician, you will be representing DISH in customers' homes daily. We build our value by simplifying lives and using the DISH install to consult homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company during daily in-home customer visits
- Educate customers and connect them with television and smart home technology solutions
- Advise homeowners on smart home capabilities during service installations
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every visit
