At Bupa Occupational Health, we are looking for a Service Team Manager - Remote Services to lead and develop a team working remotely to support our customers and drive operational performance. In this role, you will support the Service Operations Manager to ensure customers receive the high standards of service and satisfaction they expect from Bupa.
What You'll Do
- Drive and manage operational efficiencies through effective resource utilisation and scheduling.
- Use insights from the Net Promoter System to continually improve the customer experience.
- Support the collection and interpretation of management information using clinical team expertise.
- Understand service finances to support the Operational Manager in responding to changes impacting profitability.
- Ensure a culture of compliance is fostered and achieve 100% regulatory compliance levels.
- Participate in the day-to-day management of the team, including recruitment, development, training, and coaching.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with employees, colleagues, and customers.
- Strong experience of leading teams and people management, with evidence of engaging and motivating people.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment and an understanding of the drivers of customer service excellence.
- A good track record of driving business performance and delivering results.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office systems.

- Experience in the health and care and/or wellbeing industry.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Service Operations Manager as part of a wider operational service team.

- Salary: £35,000 per annum.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You can be based anywhere in the UK, but must be within travelling distance of a Bupa office (Salford Quays, Leeds, Angel Court London, or Staines).
