Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. Greet, engage, process, and bag customer purchases, collecting accurate tenders using Farm Boy Customer Service Standards. Supervise the front-end team and provide floor support by delegating tasks, coordinating meal breaks, and ensuring daily readiness for business. Support a culture of trust and inclusion by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations, service standards, and service excellence. Assist the management team with cashier balancing, change orders, overrides, cart retrieval, and handling returns and refunds. Support closing procedures by delegating tasks and ensuring completion of end-of-day responsibilities. Assist with the safe handling and sale of alcohol at applicable locations (Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain). Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
