As a Service Representative based in Braga, you will provide customer support for a leading European automotive brand, assisting Portuguese-speaking clients across multiple channels including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing timely support and resolution
- Record all interactions precisely in the CRM system, ensuring follow-ups are tracked and managed
- Stay informed on product updates, policies, and digital services to deliver accurate guidance
- Use your understanding of automotive and digital technologies to troubleshoot and resolve customer needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in European Portuguese (C1 level, both written and spoken)
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level)
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a call center environment, ideally within the automotive sector
