Requirements
- Fluency in European Portuguese (C1 level or higher, both spoken and written).
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a call center environment, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and deliver practical solutions.
