What You'll Do
As a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll assist customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions about orders, returns, and product use. Your primary focus will be resolving concerns promptly and maintaining a positive customer experience. You'll log all interactions in the CRM system and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Regular training sessions will help you deepen your product knowledge and refine support techniques.
Requirements
- Fluent Danish and English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation costs covered
Preferred Qualifications
Prior customer-facing experience is an advantage. We value clear communicators who are empathetic, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a structured support environment. A proactive attitude and the ability to troubleshoot independently are key.
