Ethic Tech is looking for a Service Order Clerk to ensure the timely and efficient processing of service orders. In this role, you will manage incoming requests, verify details, and coordinate with departments to ensure accurate fulfillment, supporting our commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Process incoming service orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify order details and resolve any discrepancies with clients or internal departments.
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and updates in the database.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status and any issues.
- Assist in generating reports related to service order processing efficiency.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Further education is a plus.
- Experience preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment.
