Responsibilities
- Collaborates with clients, sales staff, and supervisors to verify tooling specifications and plan necessary requirements
- Offers expert recommendations on appropriate tooling solutions
- Reviews technical drawings, designs, or product details to determine correct installation methods
- Analyzes machine operation through observation and sound to identify tooling problems and suggest corrections
- Maintains consistent communication with customers throughout service cycles
- Addresses customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Supplies test results, operational insights, and corrective actions to enhance tool efficiency
- Submits regular documentation including monthly summaries, test findings, travel logs, and activity schedules
- Oversees sample inventory, stocked tool accounts, and expense tracking
- Completes additional tasks assigned by management as needed
