• Perform a wide range of duties related to service engineering

Requirements

• Completion of an associate’s degree from a two-year college, technical school, or vocational program, along with two to four years of relevant experience or training, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on training
• Hands-on background working in a CNC environment
• High level of skill in operating and managing CNC machining systems
• Prior work experience in the cutting tools sector or a closely related industry
• Proficiency in using computers and standard software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage time efficiently and allocate resources effectively
• Strong organizational abilities to support complex technical tasks
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Adherence to established company policies, procedures, and safety standards
