Responsibilities

- Analyze trends in service performance data

- Respond to alerts according to defined escalation procedures
- Validate service restoration after incident resolution
- Produce regular reports on service health metrics
- Identify recurring issues for long-term resolution
- Collaborate with operations teams on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Support onboarding of new monitoring systems
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues
- Troubleshoot complex service delivery problems
- Provide technical input for service assurance policies
- Assist in developing automated alerting rules
