TBC Corporation is seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Service and Delivery Driver. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers safely and professionally using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization. What You'll Do
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner in line with TBC policies.
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
- Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
- Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
- Securely handle COD (cash or check) transactions as required by company policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service based on our People-Focused Values.
- Report for work in a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
- Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed.
- Complete other duties as requested or needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Safety 1st mentality.
- 1+ years with no at-fault accidents and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- A current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven for company business.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, with occasional lifts over 50lbs.
- Ability to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
- Commitment to abiding by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of delivery experience, box truck experience, or similar.
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting Pay: up to $21.00 per hour, based on experience.
