TBC Corporation was looking for a Service and Delivery Driver

TBC Corporation is seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Service and Delivery Driver. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers safely and professionally using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career with a company that values its people.

What You'll Do

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner in line with TBC policies.
  • Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
  • Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
  • Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
  • Securely handle COD (cash or check) transactions as required by company policy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service based on our People-Focused Values.
  • Report for work in a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
  • Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed.
  • Complete other duties as requested or needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A Safety 1st mentality.
  • 1+ years with no at-fault accidents and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • A current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven for company business.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, with occasional lifts over 50lbs.
  • Ability to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
  • Commitment to abiding by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of delivery experience, box truck experience, or similar.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Starting Pay: up to $21.00 per hour, based on experience.
