Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on constitutional law and administrative law issues

- Represent clients in litigation challenging government overreach
- Develop case strategy in coordination with senior attorneys
- Advocate before trial and appellate courts
- Collaborate with policy and communications teams on litigation impact
- Identify and pursue new cases that advance constitutional principles
- Engage with clients to understand legal grievances
- Monitor regulatory actions for potential legal challenges
- Publish legal analyses and commentary on separation of powers issues
- Participate in oral argument preparation
- Manage case files and litigation timelines
- Respond to opposing counsel filings

- Travel as needed for depositions, hearings, and client meetings

- Support amicus brief coordination in key appellate cases
