Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication channels (emails, live chat, social media) promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Handle order processing, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize product listings, metadata, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using analytical tools and provide recommendations for SEO enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer communication, e-commerce, and SEO.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website performance.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to ensure uninterrupted remote work.

Compensation
Salary Range 20,000 to 40,000 BDT (Depending on your skills)
