RemoteVA PH is hiring an SEO Specialist focused on Shopify accounts to develop and execute strategic SEO plans for e-commerce platforms. You will monitor performance and resolve technical issues to maintain a competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to Shopify and other e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Magento
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits to inform product page optimization and blog content
Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, and internal linking for product listings, collections, and landing pages
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices across site architecture and user experience
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Shopify analytics
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and indexation
Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and e-commerce SEO trends

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong portfolio of e-commerce results
Deep familiarity with Shopify SEO; knowledge of liquid templating is a plus
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with other platforms like Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce
Basic HTML/CSS understanding; experience working with developers is a plus
Experience with international SEO or multilingual stores
Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), paid search, or email marketing
Knowledge of schema markup and structured data for e-commerce
