SEO Sherpa is hiring an SEO Specialist to own the on-page SEO process for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will spearhead traffic and ROI improvements through competitive analysis, keyword research, content development, and page-level optimizations.
What You'll Do
- Own the on-page SEO process for clients across diverse markets.
- Spearhead traffic and ROI improvements via competitive analysis, keyword research, content development, and page-level optimizations.
- Recommend opportunities for maximizing organic search performance using big data, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Track and report changes in client search performance across traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions.
- Feed performance insights to team members to influence SEO strategy, direction, and approach.
What We're Looking For
- A passionate SEO specialist with extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO, particularly on-page.
- Confident using Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Understands content strategy as providing resources to solve users' problems.
- A data-obsessed problem-solver with a creative mindset.
- A motivated self-starter with excellent time management and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proficient at building processes for repeatable success.
- Passionately engaged with the ever-evolving search landscape.
- Highly collaborative, able to strategize with technical, content, user-experience, and outreach specialists.
- Attention to detail while keeping sight of the big picture focused on client results.
- Must reside in a time zone within 4 hours +/- of Dubai (GST).
