Responsibilities
- Own the on-page SEO process for a diverse pool of clients.
- Spearhead traffic and ROI improvements through competitive analysis, keyword research, content development, and page-level optimizations.
- Give recommendations and suggest opportunities for maximizing organic search performance using big data, creativity, and problem-solving at scale.
- Track and report changes in traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions.
- Feed insights to team members to influence SEO strategy, direction, and approach.
Requirements
- Extensive in-the-trenches experience covering all aspects of SEO, particularly on-page SEO such as keyword research, snippet optimization, TF-IDF, Schema, canonicalization, image optimization, and more.
- Confident using Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Understand that content strategy is about providing resources to solve users' problems.
- Know that promoting content involves identifying and connecting with the right influencers and websites.
- Be a data-obsessed problem-solver with a creative mindset.
- Believe that strategic decisions should be backed by data.
- Be a motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Possess the ability to manage competing deadlines with gusto.
- Be proficient at building processes for repeatable success.
