As the SEO Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end SEO initiatives, from technical audits to content planning and link development, ensuring every aspect of the site supports improved rankings and user engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Identify high-potential keywords using industry-standard tools and align them with content development.
- Run in-depth technical audits to uncover and resolve site performance and indexing issues.
- Enhance on-page SEO through strategic optimization of metadata, headings, schema, and internal links.
- Develop content strategies that reflect both search intent and business goals.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and page speed to support better user experiences.
- Build quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
- Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic, keyword movement, and conversion trends.
- Work closely with writers, developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.
- Guide SEO efforts during major site updates, migrations, and new product rollouts.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of direct SEO experience with documented success in increasing organic traffic.
- Proficiency in SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google’s suite of tools.
- Strong grasp of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles.
- Experience working with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify, and a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and conversion tracking setups.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic actions.
- Excellent written communication skills in English for content and reporting.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing SEO for multi-language or international websites.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or content-heavy digital environments.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, and Costa Rica. You’ll work full-time within U.S. business hours, contributing to a data-driven, collaborative team focused on innovation and measurable growth.
