GrowthX AI is looking for a SEO Specialist to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies across our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and enhancing overall online visibility for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Work with GrowthX clients to develop, implement, and manage SEO & GEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct SEO audits of client websites to identify performance issues and target opportunities for growth.
- Support clients with recommendations to optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines and LLMs.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Design, develop, and run experiments related to Generative Engine Optimization results, sharing scalable best practices for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and GEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
- Monitor technical SEO issues for clients, and recommend improvements for areas including site structure, page speed, mobile optimization, and indexing.
- Develop link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles to enhance domain authority.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of optimizing for LLM search, also known as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Experience with technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at a marketing agency and managing multiple clients on tight timelines.
- Familiarity with content marketing best practices.
- SEO certification from Google, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy, or similar programs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
