About the Role
This is a hands-on position focused on managing technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, site health, and organic performance to grow search rankings and inbound traffic.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner
- Align keywords with user search intent
- Map keywords to stages of the conversion funnel
- Develop content strategies that support long-term organic growth
- Identify opportunities for improved rankings and address content gaps
- Optimize meta titles and descriptions for search visibility
- Improve heading structure including H1, H2, and H3 tags
- Enhance internal linking to boost site authority and navigation
- Refine URL formats for clarity and SEO performance
- Implement structured data using schema markup
- Ensure all content meets SEO best practices
- Maintain high standards of content quality and readability
- Conduct content audits and suggest actionable improvements
- Run technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or SEMrush
- Detect and resolve website crawl errors
- Fix indexing problems to improve search visibility
- Identify and correct broken links across the site
- Address duplicate content issues to avoid ranking penalties
- Improve Core Web Vitals metrics for better user experience
- Optimize page loading speed
- Enhance mobile site performance
- Manage and update XML sitemaps
- Maintain robots.txt files for crawl control
- Implement and monitor canonical tags
- Develop ethical link-building strategies, including guest posting
- Support PR outreach and partnership-based backlink acquisition
