About The Role: The Content Strategist is a pivotal, client-facing position responsible for daily client deliverables, creating custom strategies, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The Strategist manages Enterprise clients, requiring comprehensive understanding of service lines and their broader business implications to develop holistic marketing approaches. Internally recognized as Account Strategist, Content & SEO. What You'll Do: 1. Strategic Excellence and Best Practices: Develop customized strategies implementing best practices to achieve core objectives. Strategists collaborate with Associate Directors when encountering strategic challenges, crafting creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitive and audience insights. Key focus areas include: - LTV:CAC modeling - Customer Generation - Share of Search Results - Content Production 2. Goal Setting: Utilize data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to establish client engagement goals, requiring Associate Director approval before client presentation. 3. Project Management: Ensure strategy execution through: - Mandatory Asana project management - Task delegation to team members and clients - Collaboration with Project Managers - Partnering with content creators and designers 4. Internal and External Communication: Serve as primary interface between clients and team, building relationships transcending transactional interactions. Proactively communicate timeline expectations, progress, and account developments. 5.
