Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy and implementation across all target regions, beginning with DACH and scaling globally
- Collaborate with web and engineering teams to define site architecture and technical SEO standards
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop strategies for traditional search and AI-driven search results
- Produce or commission high-quality content to improve search rankings
- Oversee a monthly SEO budget of €20,000 to €30,000
- Engage external agencies when necessary while maintaining full control over strategic direction
Requirements
- Proven full-time experience building and managing SEO at scale, with measurable outcomes as primary responsibility
- Demonstrated expertise in international SEO, including adapting strategies for non-domestic markets
- Fluent in both English and German

- Practical experience using website platforms such as Webflow or comparable tools
