Tidio is looking for an SEO & GEO Content Writer to create narratives that inform, educate, and drive business growth. In this role, you will craft conversion-focused content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets for our B2B SaaS audience.
What You'll Do
- Write GEO/SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages aligned to business-relevant user intent.
- Translate complex CS/AI/software topics into clear, actionable, conversion-aware content.
- Follow a predefined content calendar and deliver consistently.
- Audit, update, and improve existing pages to grow traffic, rankings, leads, and subscriber conversions.
- Identify opportunities to expand, consolidate, or re-position content based on performance.
- Collaborate on briefs, keyword targeting, search intent alignment, and on-page optimization.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly with an ownership mindset.
- Create case studies, reports, whitepapers, and digital PR pieces to build brand visibility and grow citations.
- Use SEO and analytics tools to validate opportunities and measure performance.
- Contribute ideas for content experiments that improve organic acquisition and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience writing high-quality B2B SEO and GEO content that ranks, drives measurable growth, and addresses user intent.
- Ability to craft content for different audiences, intents, and formats, including blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
- Strong ownership and proactive mindset — independently manage work, hit deadlines, communicate effectively, and optimize for impact.
- Analytical skills — ability to track content performance, interpret metrics, and iteratively optimize for better results.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and go out of your comfort zone.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills for native-level audiences (bilingual, native, or C2-level).

- Experience in B2B SaaS content marketing and AI-related products.

Team & Environment
You will join a small team of two (Senior Content Writer and Outreach Specialist) and report directly to the Head of Growth.
