Responsibilities
- Design and lead data-informed SEO strategies aligned with individual client e-commerce objectives.
- Oversee multiple client SEO portfolios, managing strategy, execution, and performance outcomes independently.
- Perform keyword discovery, competitor benchmarking, technical SEO assessments, and content roadmaps to drive long-term organic success.
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO enhancements across client websites.
- Improve product listings, category hierarchies, internal linking, and site structure for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure accurate implementation of SEO initiatives.
- Adjust strategies to adapt to changes in search technology, including optimization for large language models, answer engines, and generative AI.
- Proactively detect potential SEO risks, technical roadblocks, and growth opportunities before they affect performance.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using analytics platforms, refining tactics based on measurable outcomes.
- Deliver clear, results-oriented reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Convert complex SEO data into understandable, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Keep detailed records of SEO activities, decisions, and progress across all client accounts.
- Stay current with evolving SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and e-commerce search best practices.

- Consistent monthly tracking of approximately 140 hours is required.
- Contractor status is granted upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.
- Exclusivity is required; no concurrent work in similar roles while engaged.
- A 30-day notice period applies after the initial two-month trial phase.
- The first two months serve as a paid trial and adaptation period at full rate.
- Performance evaluations occur every 9 to 12 months, with the first between 3 and 6 months.
- Role and workload will be reassessed after 6 to 12 months of employment.
