About the Role
You will take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, balancing client-facing responsibilities with hands-on implementation. This role demands strategic foresight, autonomy in daily tasks, and close collaboration with internal teams to drive innovation and maintain client confidence through measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage data-focused SEO strategies aligned with each client's e-commerce objectives.
- Oversee multiple client accounts, assuming full accountability for planning, execution, and outcomes.
- Perform keyword discovery, competitor evaluation, technical reviews, and content roadmaps to support lasting organic performance.
- Execute on-page, technical, and off-site SEO enhancements across client websites.
- Improve product listings, category hierarchies, internal linking, and site structure for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Adjust strategies to adapt to changes in search technology, including LLM-driven search, answer engine optimization, and geographic search.
- Identify potential SEO risks, technical problems, and growth opportunities early to prevent performance issues.
- Track performance using analytics and SEO tools, refining strategies based on data insights.
- Generate clear, actionable reports and strategic guidance for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Convert complex SEO data into understandable, practical takeaways for non-technical audiences.
- Keep organized records of SEO activities, decisions, and progress across all client accounts.
- Remain current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging practices in search and online retail.

This is a client-facing role that combines strategic responsibility with hands-on implementation. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth. This role requires you to think ahead, identify risks early, and solve problems before they impact performance or client confidence. You will work autonomously on day-to-day client work while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager on strategic direction, complex challenges, and innovation within our SEO offering.

- Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
- Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement
- Exclusivity agreement (nullifying the possibility to work in a position of a similar nature while working for Hustler Marketing)
- Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first two months (with the first two months being the trial-and-adaptation period paid at full rate)
- Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first one being after 3-6 months
- Re-evaluation of the role and workload after 6-12 months
