Search Atlas is looking for an SEO Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary bridge between our clients and the Search Atlas platform. You will play a key role in testing product features, solving technical challenges, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Test specific product categories within the dashboard and report on usability issues, bugs, and workflow problems.
- Communicate with clients via live chat and virtual office to solve problems and answer questions.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Lead product demos and customer onboarding calls with clients.
- Discuss product issues and opportunities with the internal team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success or client services role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to create engaging and informative training materials, including Loom video tutorials.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Ability to keep up with a fast-moving team constantly building new products and features.
