Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client input.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • Support marketing efforts to generate leads and promote products.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Work closely with the support team to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all sales activities.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage with potential clients.
