Responsibilities

- Support clients through onboarding and ongoing service needs
- Follow standard operating procedures for all service deliverables
- Identify and escalate complex cases according to protocol
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service delays
- Track and report on performance metrics related to service quality
- Contribute to process improvements based on operational feedback
- Verify legal documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate filing updates and deadlines to clients
- Assist with the preparation of annual report submissions
- Manage high-volume workloads during peak business cycles
- Adhere to security and confidentiality standards for client data
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and track progress
- Follow escalation paths for disputed or non-standard requests
- Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional teams
- Support compliance with internal audit and quality assurance checks
- Participate in training sessions to maintain procedural knowledge
- Handle service adjustments and corrections efficiently
- Monitor inbox and ticketing systems for new assignments
- Provide status updates proactively when delays occur
