Responsibilities
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
- Train clients on proper equipment operation
- Ensure systems operate according to specifications
- Conduct safety and performance evaluations
- Maintain detailed service records and reports
- Respond to urgent service requests promptly
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements
- Verify compliance with technical and safety standards
- Support product upgrades and retrofits
- Assist in pre-sales demonstrations when needed
- Monitor equipment performance post-installation
- Coordinate logistics for service visits
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage spare parts and tools in service vehicles
- Follow quality assurance procedures
- Adapt solutions to site-specific conditions
- Escalate complex technical problems appropriately
- Maintain customer relationships during service cycles
- Work in diverse environmental conditions
- Adhere to company safety protocols
- Support remote diagnostics when possible
- Participate in continuous technical training
- Ensure timely completion of service assignments
