Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients via Zoom
- Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
- Assist clients with enrollment decisions
- Provide follow-up support as needed
- Manage appointments and documentation remotely
- Participate in training and ongoing development
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable working remotely

- Sales or insurance experience is helpful, but not required
