About the Role
The individual will collaborate with technical partners to ensure effective use of solutions through consultation, troubleshooting, and technical enablement, driving successful deployment and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to integration partners during implementation phases
- Assist partners in diagnosing and resolving performance and configuration challenges
- Deliver best practice recommendations for system integration and optimization
- Support onboarding of new technical partners with product training and resources
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay partner feedback
- Develop technical documentation and solution blueprints for partner use
- Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with performance standards
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues across diverse environments
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for partner technical teams
- Monitor partner solution health and recommend improvements
- Assist in validating partner integrations prior to go-live
- Act as a technical liaison between partners and internal teams
- Identify common implementation obstacles and create mitigation strategies
- Support certification processes for partner solutions
- Guide partners in interpreting telemetry and observability data
- Promote effective use of APIs and developer tools
- Respond to technical inquiries within service level expectations
- Contribute to partner-facing technical content and FAQs
- Track and report on partner technical engagement metrics
- Stay current with platform updates and communicate impacts to partners
- Advocate for partner needs in product roadmap discussions
- Assist in post-incident reviews involving partner integrations
- Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards
- Optimize partner workflows using automation and scripting
- Support global partners across multiple time zones
