About the Role
The RevOps Analyst will bridge sales, marketing, and finance functions by maintaining systems, analyzing performance, and driving operational efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of CRM data across departments
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and pipeline health
- Identify inefficiencies in revenue processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance metrics
- Support the implementation and adoption of operational tools
- Track and analyze customer acquisition costs and lifetime value
- Assist in forecasting revenue with input from sales and marketing
- Ensure alignment between marketing leads and sales follow-up
- Develop dashboards to visualize key business metrics
- Audit data entry practices and enforce standardization
- Work with finance to reconcile revenue figures
- Streamline contract and renewal workflows
- Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales outcomes
- Onboard and train team members on CRM best practices
- Coordinate with customer success to track retention metrics
- Manage lead routing logic to optimize conversion
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational bottlenecks
- Maintain documentation for all revenue processes
- Support integration testing for new tech stack additions
- Provide insights to improve sales cycle length and win rates
Nice to Have
