Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement position management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and control positions to optimize workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align position management with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and report on position management metrics and trends.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of position descriptions and job classifications.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date position data in HR systems.
  • Manage the position control process, including approvals and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on position management.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of position management practices.

Qualifications
