Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end payroll process, including:
- Pre-payroll activities: receiving, validating, and uploading payroll inputs.
- Payroll processing and calculations.
- Post-payroll activities: accounting entries, monthly reconciliation with Finance, and CFDI processing.
- Assist with off-cycle payrolls, such as Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), profit sharing (PTU), and other special calculations.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries through established systems and communication channels.
- Support compliance with statutory and internal payroll regulations.
- Assist with Social Security processes (IMSS), including:
- Registration of new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Medical leave tracking and validation.
- Support with SUA, ISN, and FONACOT calculations and payments.
- Support payroll-related benefits administration, including saving fund, food vouchers, gasoline vouchers, and other benefits.
- Provide support to the LATAM Regional Payroll Team when required.
- Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
