Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large, multidisciplinary team of over 60 professionals to ensure high-quality technical delivery and support strategic expansion across Victoria and the broader Australian region.
- Drive growth in the environmental services sector with a focus on geosciences and remediation by applying market intelligence and client input to refine service offerings.
- Introduce innovation and leverage global expertise to transform and future-proof the geosciences and remediation business line.
- Build and sustain strong connections with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to align objectives and enhance satisfaction and trust.
- Champion client-focused initiatives that uncover collaborative opportunities and deliver creative, responsive solutions to evolving environmental challenges.

- Lead and inspire a committed, high-performing team of 60+ professional across a diverse portfolio to drive technical delivery excellence and strategic growth both within Victoria and throughout Australia.
- Strategically grow our Environmental Business with focus on Geosciences and Remediation Services (GRS) by leveraging market insights and client feedback. Introduce new ideas and advanced strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and expand our service offerings.
- Be the catalyst for change: introduce new ideas, leverage our extensive global practice, and implement advanced strategies to lead our GRS business into the future.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Your ability to engage effectively will drive business growth and enhance AECOM’s reputation in the industry.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. Your expertise will position AECOM as a trusted advisor in environmental services.
